I’m back(:

So, Cal Cup was amazing. and my knee works, huzzah! I’m SUPER excited that it’s better. I hadn’t exercised much for almost two months and then I played 5 full length field hockey games (within 3 days!). holy moly I’m extremely sore!!

Don’t be alarmed if my legs fall off because it feels like they might.

On another note, I love team sports(: haha I just love all the girls on my field hockey team for Cal Cup. One night we all went and saw the Avengers. not exactly my genre of movies but great nonetheless. Hope everyone had an wonderful 3 day weekend(:

Oatmeal pizza crust recipe!
Adapted from blogilates.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup water
Mix the ingredients together and let them sit for about 5 minutes. I didn’t think it would work, but be patient, it will! Then pour them into a pan and basically cook like you’re cooking a pancake. Shape the oat mixture into a circle and then flip when the bottom is hard and begins to sizzle! Then put your toppings on it while it’s still on the burner if you want cheese to melt!
I topped it with salsa, cheese, and spinach, but you can try many different things.
